A son of Eti-Osa, A voice for the people
Hon. Taiye Adeyemi is not a career politician. He is a son of Eti-Osa 1, a community organiser, mentor, and advocate who has spent years working quietly alongside the people he now seeks to represent. On the ADC platform, he is stepping forward to turn years of grassroots service into structured, accountable leadership.
Taiye Adeyemi grew up in Lekki, playing on the same streets many of you call home. He knows the bad roads, the dirty water, the flooding, the struggle to find work. That's not campaign talk, it's his lived experience. Today, he brings over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, community development, youth mobilization, and job creation experience to offer Eti-Osa Constituency 1 something it truly deserves: leadership that actually delivers.
He is running because he believes Eti-Osa 1 deserves a representative who listens before speaking, shows up when it matters, and delivers.
A Journey of Service
Roots in Eti-Osa
Born and raised in the heart of Eti-Osa, Taiye grew up understanding the real challenges families face , he lived these experiences of bad roads, floods, dirty water, high cost of living, amongst several challenges faced by every resident.
Learning to Serve
Taiye earned a BA in Mass Communication from Babcock University and a Masters in Corporate Communications and PR from Leeds University Business School, UK. He has since dedicated his life in service of the public.
Years of Quiet Service
Aside from his entrepreneurial works in the Mobility sector, Taiye has pent his time and resources in supporting residents with challenges, medical expense, supporting and helping to structure the Obidient Movement in Eti-Osa and volunteering actively in political activities in his former Labour Party.
Stepping Forward
Answering the call of his community, Taiye is stepping forward on the ADC platform to turn years of grassroots work into structured, accountable representation in the Lagos Assembly.
